Decent app, Poor Service

I have had a print and digital subscription to Time for several years and had no problems with the app. After my recent renewal, Time recently changed my subscription to print only without warning. The customer service has been terrible and I am working on a refund.

In the broad picture, Very Good

No question the digital version allows for more content than the print version by the reader interactively button-clicking for expanded or related stories. Graphics in motion add to the means by which author communicates with reader in ways that are faster and sometimes more effective than the written word. Audio adds to this and it seems counter-productive to eliminate it which you have done. But one shortcoming stands out. Adding a call-up dictionary which defines a word or phrase with a finger touch is missing. Regardless, there is no question in my mind that digital will ultimately replace the print version.

Bring back the Audio content

The audio content was the main reason to use the app as it allows to "read" the magazine while driving to work. Without it is just another add.

Audio gone .. No longer a good subscription

This used to be my very favourite app and favourite magazine subscription because I was able to listen to the articles on the go. With such a busy life, we dont have time to sit down and read the full magazine so it was an incredible treat to have the audio feature and have the articles read during your commute at Cetera. Time has taken this out of The app recently, we are not sure why, we likely will have to cancel our subscription because we simply are not getting enough sit down time to read it.

Jumping through hoops

Cant sign in yet!! Makes me jump through hoops before getting there. Not simple.

Time magazine App

Its virtually impossible to download the new issues for subscribers, I have to try for days before I can finally accomplish download, it used to work better before. I dont think I will renew my subscription.

Terrible

Ive tired to enter my subscription several times, which it accepted and showed paid up for 24 months, yet would not me to use the app unless I signed up for a automatic subscription renewal by submitting by credit card!! What a rip-off. I must have tried 4 times to go around this requirement, but it would not allow my access, even though it accepted my password. Horrible site.

Time Magazine Ap

This ap is a very poor representation of the otherwise stellar brand of Time magazine. It just does not work! Upon requesting account credentials and accepting them, it fails to close the verification window and then just does not recognize you in the main ap. This problem has persisted for months. Very poor service by the Time team.

Why not make a fair offer?

Very bad form. Shame on Time for making this deceptive and impossible to obtain without expensive duplication and extension for future years

JUNK I have a subscription & this app will not let me use digital on iPad . Time says I have to pay 40$ a year extra to have digital. Time mag is a rip OFF!!!

Nice app, but I wish it would rotate so I can read it with the iPad horizontal.

What happened to the audio?

Are used to love this app but for some reason the audio selection is no longer available which means Im not using it as one should not be reading while driving their car.

Cant use the app without renewing subscription

Great app, first rate journalism

Time delivers, the app is perfect, easy to read wit first rate journalism and gorgeous photography. A must have in my opinion.

Rotation to Landscape

It would be great if the iPad app would support rotation to Landscape.

Why Credit Cards Automatic Renewal???

Why are you not giving your clients to be the option of renewal and insisting on Automatic Renewal, that by itself has refrained me from subscribing to Times, as I promised myself to never ever give any company Automatic Renewal on company.
