I only wish I could resume audio in the last spot after flipping pages while hearing the article being read aloud to me by the audio file of the article.

The layout is confusing. All magazines should download permanently. One should be able to access articles in the archives.

They say its free but when you open the app, everything not is fine for sale. Waste of time.

iPhone app does not recognize my digital account number or address info and, therefore, does not open the magazine even though I can click on digital help and it shows me my account info. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still no success. Worthless as far as I can tell.

Time App will freeze your iPad. Do not use. It does not work, period.

I have a paper subscription valid for another 11 months (through 2017) and I cant get access to online content unless I agree to renew for an additional year. What a scam!!

This app mostly does what its supposed to: let you read Time. Plus watch added movies or animation unavailable in print. Deficits include a too "jiggly " navigation often triggered unintentionally by fingers just getting too close to the edge of the screen from the frame, the inability to look up definitions or translations of terms, lack of annotation features, an inability to share articles or exerpts by email or otherwise, and increasingly, overanimation of still pictures which us just distracting. The current version has a bug: Sound does not play.

Terrible app. Not user friendly. Incredibly difficult to log-in with paid print subscription. Never got it to work.

Its great to have Time content with me wherever I go, but there are some things I really dislike about this app: 1. Cover (and other) animations that play audio, even when my phone is on mute. Just kill the cover animations altogether. They feel hokey and bloat the download. But if you must include them, please, please, please respect the mute setting on my device. 2. No in-app dictionary access. Its ridiculous that I cant highlight a word and get a definition. 3. The inline inserts really disrupt the reading experience. How am I supposed to navigate a multi screen graphic and then pick up mid sentence? That stuff should be in a popover accessible from an inline link. 4. The navigation model is broken. Throw it away and start over. Id prefer to scroll articles. The News app does a better job presenting Time content than the Time app. 5. Evidently my in-app subscription does not entitle me to full time.com access. Lame. 6. The downloads are way too big. No way should one magazine worth of content take 200 MB. Focus on the content, not the multimedia.

The app is fine but wish it works like it does on hard paper. When reading something important, I do not want to read the whole article for the information I thought was most important to remember the first time I read it.

It is ok but it crashes sometimes

This app is pure, unadulterated garbage. Despite repeated attempts to download issues by changing my password, reinstalling the app, entering my print subscription information, etc., etc. I am unable to download anything. The fact that the help menu for this app lists numerous problems that may be encountered only proves the point - this app is garbage and the the programmer(s) should find another field of endeavor.

For a Magazine with Times reputation and the quality of its writers you could have done sooooo much better with this app. I downloaded it today to buy the July 4 issue and would then decide whether to subscribe. When I opened the app the first message I see is that starting with this issue there will no longer be audio! There is no ability to change font size, adjust the blue screen for night mode, look up words, highlight or even print an article. Very poor app and it is not worth my subscribing to the digital magazine at this time.

complete waste of time and money. DOES NOT FUNCTION. and zero support. unfortunate bc articles are well written .. just cannot access... EPIC FAIL

Not a bad app. A bit buggy and slow sometimes. I want a landscape mode!

Have a subscription to June 2017, but Time wants $54.00 for digital. Feel Ripped Off.

I am a subscriber to the print version of Time but the digital version keeps telling me I need to purchase the issues that I should get free. I have tried the "remedies" in the help far and nothing changes. I have signed out and back in with no effect. I plan to delete and then reinstall the app in the hope that it will then work. But I should not have to do this if the app worked properly.

As of this issue, they have decided to remove the audio feature of this app, a convenient feature which I enjoyed very much. I, in turn, have decided I no longer have any need for this app and have removed it from my devices. Thanks a lot, TIME. UPDATE: I have since cancelled my print and digital subscriptions to Time. I do not have time to read it each week cover to cover, as I relied on the audio feature for cover stories while commuting. I was falling behind on issues as a result. What a waste. Surely they must realize that traditional print journalism is a medium on life support.
