Fine if it would only keep working which it does NOT

I am a subscriber to the print version of Time but the digital version keeps telling me I need to purchase the issues that I should get free. I have tried the "remedies" in the help far and nothing changes. I have signed out and back in with no effect. I plan to delete and then reinstall the app in the hope that it will then work. But I should not have to do this if the app worked properly.
