I paid $16.99 plus tax for the discounted one year digital subscription and every time I come to use the app, I see nothing available. I have to try to re-subscribe and run the risk of paying another $20 to see if it restores my subscription. Since the user interface is so horrible and there is no customer service, Im not willing to risk it. This is a terrible way of providing content to users from TIME. Very dissatisfied.
