Landscape/Portrait rotation

Really dislike that you have disabled the iPad feature of being able to read the magazine in either landscape or portrait mode.

This is particularly aggravating when viewing the pictures in Lightbox. All the images are in landscape mode but you present them in portrait mode. To view them in landscape mode -- the way they were taken -- one has to click on the + sign and physically turn the iPad 90 degrees to see the picture. This gets very aggravating after you have done this for ten times, the usual number of pictures you post there.

Please enable the built in function you have disabled!

The Table of Contents should also be similar to the print edition, like it used to be. Items were then clickable. Not too keen on the present format.
